I was surprised and so happy to receive a Daily Deviation for mountain. Thank you for your favorites and kind words. For me, the painting was just another addition to spice up my portfolio, but I'm glad that others have enjoyed it. I do notice that my work has a quiet tone, and perhaps I especially conveyed that for this piece. I'm also honored that a deviantArt member wrote a poem inspired by mountain: Mountain's love. To me, the story touches upon self-confidence and taking oneself and others for granted.
I hope to make "forest", the last painting in this series, soon. But I have some other pieces in line first. I'

Hey all,
Been sick for a while which is why I haven't updated in so long. But now I'm much better and I've got my creative drive back.
I've set up a livestream account! It requires registration to view videos, but it accepts facebook accounts which is awesome. I will be on pretty often, so come by. :)
